How it runs

1. Scope. A call to pick the workflow and define what counts as a failure. We bring a starting list of failure cases; you decide which ones count.
2. Data. One to three months of historical outputs and their sources, handled inside your environment or as an export you control.
3. Measure. We score every output, review what's flagged, and check a sample with your reviewer to calibrate.
4. Report. The failures we found, how often each one showed up, and what we'd do next.
